We cannot be held responsible for any design errors (spelling, grammer, color, or otherwise) once proof is approved.
Client accepts responsibility for all costs associated with correcting such errors after final proof approval.
Please review Design Proof carefully before you "APPROVE", once approved no refund or changes accepted.
Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after the development does not attract additional charges.
Any re-work, modifications, requests on an already completed task will not allowed. Any changes in the design after the design approval will not allowed.
Our websites/applications are generally tested on PCs and include near recent versions of following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari. If you require testing to be done on any other browser, please let us know in advance.
Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. If you require testing to be done on any other device, please discuss it in advance.
Gifsigns Designs are copyrights of Gifsigns. The design files (editable) can't be given to client in any format.
Gifsigns CMS is a proprietary CMS of Gifsigns. Gifsigns owns copyrights of all codes written for any client, unless arrangements are made prior to start of the project.
Any complexity related to specific tasks, must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to disclose the full picture at the time of order.
Any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements will not be borne by Gifsigns.
Any delays at client's end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may incur additional costs.
Once you order, we will complete your design as soon as possible (minimum 1 hour and maximum 12 hours) and send a confirmation mail to your Login E-mail ID. You must Sign in with your Order ID, Registered Login E-mail ID & Password. Design will be appear with watermark, once you "APPROVED" you can "DOWNLOAD" your final design without any watermark.
The client must recognize that at times there may be unforeseen circumstances that will delay the development process, particularly with reference to the integration of third party software. We will try our best to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. As long as it is within a reasonable period, the client agrees not to penalize us for any genuine delay, when every effort to keep the project on the proposed schedule is taken.
Gifsigns generally builds and tests the designs on our own servers or hosted domains. Gifsigns cannot give access to their test servers and test websites to the clients or any third party.
Once you place your order with payment, we will start work on your design. If you want to Aprrove/Cancel, you must Sign in with your Order ID, Registered Login E-mail ID & Password. Once you "APPROVED" cancellation will not allowed. If you are not approve or cancel your design, don't bother, your design will be cancelled automatically after 7 days and it will be considered as cancellation of order and 80% amount will be refunded.
We do not sell or distribute your personal info to anyone. We only use for further contact or send Gifsigns promotions or discounts or special offers to you. Your Design data will be deleted from all of our servers after 1 year.
"Service Provider" refers to Gifsigns, the entity providing the online design services.
"Client" refers to the individual or entity availing the online design services.
"Design Services" refers to the specific design services offered by the Service Provider, as described on the website.
Upon the completion of the design service, the Client will be provided with a secure and accessible link for downloading the design file.
The download link will be available for a specified period, as communicated to the Client, to ensure timely retrieval.
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver the design files within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the Client in a timely manner.
The design file will be provided only in GIF format.
The Client is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their software for the intended use.

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights to the designs created during the provision of services, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for the agreed-upon purpose, as specified in the project proposal or agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project.
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the design services.
Payment terms, including any advance payments, milestones, or installment payments, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

• Digital Assets: GIFs, esigns templates, and digital media files.
• Access Links: Direct download links or account access credentials for your purchased products.
• Product News: Notifications regarding new GIF collections, seasonal signage updates, and technical tutorials.
To provide a seamless experience, Gifsigns.com will store your email address in our secure database.
• Purpose: We use your email to authenticate your license to use our digital signs and to provide "re-download" capabilities should you lose your files.
• Security Measures: We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure servers to ensure your contact information remains private.
• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell your email address. We only share it with trusted delivery partners (e.g., Google) strictly for the purpose of sending your Gifsigns content.
All digital signs and GIFs delivered to your email are subject to the Gifsigns.com End-User License Agreement (EULA).
• Personal/Commercial Use: Your subscription level determines if the content is for personal or commercial display.
• Non-Transferable: Access links sent to your email are unique to you. Sharing these links with unauthorized parties may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund.
We know you’re busy building your brand or display. Gifsigns.com typically sends:
• Transaction Emails: Immediate delivery of your products.
• Updates: 1–2 emails per month featuring new design drops or platform features.
You have the "Right to be Forgotten."
• Unsubscribe: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the link in our footer.
• Account Deletion: If you wish for your email to be completely purged from our digital signage delivery system, please contact support@gifsigns.com. Note: Deleting your email data will revoke your ability to re-download previously purchased digital products.
